Upon successful completion of this course, you will be provided with a LCL Awards Candidate Workbook and guidance for completion.
On completion of the Managed learning programme (MLP) course, successful students will receive competence certificates for the different technical elements and an industry recognised Managed Learning Programme training certificate from LCL Awards; necessary to access ACS gas training and assessment.
You will then be ready to start building your on-site work portfolio under the supervision of a registered gas engineer.
Once the on-site portfolio and boiler installations have been completed and signed off you are ready to return to undertake the refresher training and ACS gas assessment for CCN1 and CENWAT
CKR & HTR1 are not included in the package. For training programmes starting From Monday 1st September 2022, you have to be registered on the Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 12 months before being able to add CKR1 (cookers) and HTR1 (Fires).
