WHAT WE COLLECT
On initial contact we may require your email and personal/business address and telephone number. Further information on the booking of a course/exam may require us to obtain your national insurance number, date of birth, unique learner reference or enrolment numbers and if necessary your bank details or visually see personal identification ie. Passport or driving license (photographic).
WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION.
In order for you to take a course or sit an exam in our centre this information will be necessary to satisfy scheme rules and or certification/registration rules.
We will therefore need to share this information with the relevant bodies in order for you to access our courses or exams.
We maybe required for legal purposes to provide this information to legal authorities when requested. (This may not require your approval).
DATA SECURITY
We have secure measures in place to protect your personal data. We will not share your personal data with any unnecessary third parties (unless with your permission).
We are required for some legal purposes to keep your information for 6 years (This may be for certification or tax purposes).
Please keep us up to date with any changes to your personal information if you would like your records to be up to date.
If you do not want us to obtain or keep any personal data on you please inform us on initial contact as we may not be able to allow you to be trained or examined at our centre due to the rules in place that would require it.
MARKETING
If you wish to opt out of any marketing please contact us in writing and we will remove you from our list.
